You can browse our website without providing personal data; however, on the Platform, you can voluntarily provide your data to register your Account Application.

The personal data we may collect fall into the following categories:

Identification and contact information: full name, business name and company or organization (if applicable), country, address, date of birth, telephone number, email, image, official identification, description of the project for which you will require the Services on the Platform and any additional information that the User provides to Zorya. To prove the legal representation of a moral person, Zorya may collect the full name, date of birth, contact telephone number, official identification, and any other information and documentation in accordance with the applicable legislation to demonstrate their legal status and faculties.
Labor data: position, address, email, and telephone number.
Demographic data: including those related to the geographic location of the device you use on the Platform.
Billing data: bank entity to which the charge will be made, tax address, federal taxpayer registry, or similar per the applicable legislation.
Financial data: bank account information, payment methods.

Zorya may collect any personal data of any nature that the owner voluntarily provides to Zorya by any means, print, digital (electronic),optical, or any other known or yet-to-be-known technology, as well as any personal information contained in the documentation provided to Zorya regarding the processing of your personal data.

The User grants their consent so that Zorya can collect a copy of the receipts and/or documents related to the personal data specified in this section, as determined by Zorya.

Information Entered for the use of the Platform

Any information that constitutes personal data that the User voluntarily captures on the Platform, including data derived from the use of the Platform and/or data that the User provides for the Services purposes.

The User must refrain from entering sensitive personal information on the Platform and/or in any of the Services.

Information about the Credit or Debit Card

Zorya will request the last four digits of the credit or debit card, the holder's name, expiration date, security code, address, and email.

Notwithstanding the preceding, as indicated, Zorya will only and exclusively store the last four digits of the credit or debit card, name, address, and email with the sole purpose that the User can later make payments for theServices they contract on the Platform. Therefore, the rest of the requested information will be treated by Adyen and/or PayPal, who, by their respective privacy policies and notices, will be responsible for the treatment of theUser's information. We strongly recommend that before entering your bank details, consult the terms of use at adyen.com or paypal.com, as applicable.The registration of any credit or debit card on the Platform will be understood as the User has read, understood, and accepted the privacy notice, and the terms and conditions of Adyen or Paypal, as applicable.

When Do We Collect Information?

Zorya will collect information: (i) when the User makes their Account Application registration through the Platform, (ii) when they enter contact information on our website – www.zorya.mx –, (iii) when they provide their data by email, SMS, and other means, electronic, optical, sound, visual, known or yet to be known, and (iv) when you directly and personally provide your data to Zorya.

Social Media

Our website may allow you to redirect to social networking services, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among others. You must know that Zorya does not control these social networking services, and we do not establish privacy settings or rules about how your data will be used on these sites. We strongly recommend that you review the respective privacy notices before entering your data on these sites to learn how your personal data will be handled. Due to the previous, Zorya shall have no responsibility for managing the personal data you voluntarily enter on said pages.

Purpose of the Use of Personal Data

Zorya may use your personal data for various purposes, which will depend on the circumstances for which it is collected:

Transfer of Personal Data

You authorize that Zorya may transfer your personal data to third parties in the following cases:

I. Controlled companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates under the control of Zorya or a parent company or any other company in the same group as Zorya.
II. Competent authorities to safeguard the public interest or to procure justice. For the recognition, exercise, or defense of a judicial process.
III. The information referring to the User's credit or debit card will be transmitted to Adyen and/or PayPal, as appropriate. In accordance with their policies and privacy notices, they are responsible for treating the User information solely for processing the payment requested in the Platform.
IV. In any specific case included explicitly in the Law.

Mechanisms to Request the Non-Use of your Personal Data

If you do not agree with any of the points expressed in this Privacy Notice and do not want your personal data to be processed for any or all of the purposes, you may express your refusal by sending an email to the address: legal@zorya.mx.

Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

As the personal data owner, you have the right to access the data we have about you, either to request its Rectification, Cancellation, or Denial – the ARCO Rights – under the provisions of the Law. You can also revoke or limit the consent you have given us for processing your personal data. It is crucial that you consider that the revocation of your consent will imply that Zorya will not be able to continue providing you with the Services, and you will not be able to use the Platform; therefore, it will represent the conclusion of your relationship with Zorya.
